“prospective patients: I would strongly encourage prospective patients to think carefully before seeking treatment at this clinic. I received a stellate ganglion block (SGB) here several months ago, and while I had no issues with the procedure itself, my experience with the clinic after treatment has been extremely disappointing. As part of my Peace Corps medical clearance, I needed the clinic to complete and sign a single medical form. For months, I repeatedly called and emailed the office with virtually no response. Every phone number I tried directed me to voicemail, and I never received a return call. I also emailed my former care coordinator and every relevant contact I could find, but my requests went unanswered. I was fortunate that I did not experience any complications after my procedure. However, this experience left me with little confidence that the clinic provides adequate follow-up care or support once treatment is complete. When I needed assistance as an existing patient, it was nearly impossible to reach anyone. Based on my experience, communication and continuity of care are serious concerns. I cannot recommend this clinic to others, particularly anyone who may need timely follow-up or ongoing support after their procedure.”

“I have been getting Spravato treatment at this location for two months. I do believe the treatment is helping with my depression and though I am just about through with the initial phase of the treatment, I plan on continuing. The nurses and NPs are very friendly and knowledgeable and they do everything they can do make my visits comfortable. If I have any questions or concerns, they sit down and answer them - I never, ever feel rushed. They also offer a few evening slots which is very helpful in reducing the amount of PTO I need to take to get the treatment. If you are new to Spravato, I have a few suggestions. One, bring anything that will make you comfortable: a hoodie, a blanket, scented lotion, anything. They will provide you with pillows, a weighted blanket, an eye mask, and water, and they also offer headphones with nature sounds, but I bring my own device with relaxing music. The more you make the experience your own, the more you get out of it. Best wishes!”
