“I contacted Northwest Ketamine Clinics while doing ketamine treatment research. I had inquired through their on-line portal & by phone. The quote I received was 3x higher than a comparable treatment clinic. I then received a phone call from their office regarding their quote. In that conversation the staff person Bonnie questioned me about scheduling, I told her that I was in the research phase & had located a reputable clinic that I was most likely going to go with. Bonnie gave a scoff & made a derogatory comment about insurance, she said they would price match but when I told her the price she adjusted her offer to “2 free 30min integration sessions”. I found their follow-up approach a bit aggressive & left me questioning their lack of professional courtesy in such a niche market & small PNW community. Not the vibe I want when investing in ketamine treatment.”
