“Extremely disrespectful staff. I had an unannounced and unauthorized charge on my card that I got zero warnings about and the lady on the phone (the billing department manager), decided that the way to handle the situation was by getting extremely upset and mad on the phone then told me the payment was going to be sent and refunded, then proceeded to tell me that even thought it was a false charge that it was going to go to collections, she thought that the next best step was to yell and get upset and lie to me that I was getting a refund, and lied that it was being disputed and decided to hang up on me while I was still talking on the phone with her politely. Absouletely horrible expereince, DO NOT come here if your NOT okay with the staff taking your money and acting like children over the phone. Absouletely horrible to hear that these are the people taking care of individuals mental health.”
