What patients say on Google

“I made a call inquiring about their Ketamine/KAP for PTSD. This review is only based on my initial call with a receptionist and does Not reflect the care within this clinic, on 3/24/26 at approx 10:30. Having received care previously from Numinus in Salt Lake, which we are trying to get back into, I wanted to see what else is available for immediate treatment. The receptionist was not at all understanding or friendly. She was rigid in her conversation. She did not do any meaningful inquiry and proceeded to explain they require 6 IV/IM treatments before anyone can go to troche/lonzenge KAP. It was obvious this clinic is NOT about patient driven care. She said doing troche first was just like a "bandaid" and useless in that regard. This is not necessarily accurate. Every patient has unique needs. I would stay away from clinics that tell you what to do. Look for other clinics that are patient centered not clinic centered. They need to meet our needs. Some people can experience a K-hole after 3 treatments and wouldn't necessarily want to have 6 treatments. Every one is different! Also cost is a large factor. Ketamine does save lives. Don't give up. Find a place that fits your needs. This company does not appear to be the one. (from a retired RN) P. S. I also just read a one star review from about 3 months ago and mentioned the initial contact person was Deborah. I do believe this is the same person who I spoke to for this review. The reply from the clinic from that other review is very telling. Not patient centered care.”

“This place is awesome and more people should learn about the benefits of Ketamine treatments. I've already done 2 and my energy and mood are both improved. I've gained a healthier perspective on life. I can't wait to finish my treatments. The staff are all very friendly and everything is SO clean. When you're in treatment there are TVs and music to enjoy. I've been doing my treatments with my partner and I feel like it's brought us closer together. Great for couples!”

“These guys have always been there for me when I needed them. Always Polite friendly and want to help. Michelle and Deb are fantastic. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for treatment.”

“My experience dealing with this clinic—specifically with a staff member named Deborah—was awful. She was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional toward both me and the patient whose care I was helping transfer. The patient later told us they often felt unsafe and pressured during their treatments here. They felt rushed, pushed into things they weren’t comfortable with, and generally not cared for. They also described comments made during treatment that were wildly inappropriate by Deborah like, “I just hate people.” , among many other things. This made them feel extremely uncomfortable. When the patient tried to transfer their care, they were told not to come near the building again. That kind of hostility toward someone simply trying to manage their healthcare is unacceptable. ESPECIALLY in mental health. Overall, this clinic failed to provide even basic respect or compassion. I would strongly encourage anyone considering care here to think twice.”
