“Office: You will not find a more compassionate team of people than at KCPP. Dr. Handoo shows everyday the importance of what his office does. I had a nearly 20 year mistrust of psychiatrists and he broke through when many others did not. The back office works diligently to get people in for care and works out the billing so you can focus on the treatment you need. Chloe & Chelsea, two of the TMS technicians take the time to listen and care for you. Treatment: I wanted to push everything and everyone away and just live out my life in isolation till it killed me. I had tried all types of therapy and medication to treat my depression but I still felt I didn’t have a life worth living. I was about to turn 35 and thought to myself I need to decide how the remainder of my life was going to go. I would give the first half my life 1 star. I am very happy that I did research and found deep TMS and KCPP. I am writing this review at my penultimate treatment and am excited for the first time in a long time to enjoy life. Since starting treatment I have reached out to old friends and am making new friends. I started a garden, and organized my art supplies. I could not imagine even doing what might feel mundane to others before Deep TMS. I am ready for the rest of my life to be 4 stars, 5 feels unrealistic. This is my review and thank you note to KCPP for everything they have done for me and whoever else reads this.”

“The office has a great atmosphere and they are very friendly. Dr Handoo is great to work with. Understood my concerns and overall the staff is very helpful. When you have any questions don’t hesitate to call! Heba was very helpful when i needed to refill my medication and helped me find a pharmacy to refill when it was out of stock everywhere! Thank you to all from the front desk to the wonderful staff working in the back they are all amazing.”

“I hit one of the lowest points ever in my life, so when my therapist suggested ketamine therapy, I thought “what more do I have to lose?” I am so happy that I decided to go through with it because it really does work. Dr. Handoo and his team are fantastic, I was extremely nervous for my first treatment, and by number six I was sad that my treatments were over. Their treatment rooms are extremely comfortable, the staff is very knowledgeable and experienced, and I felt at ease during my treatments. That is saying a lot since ketamine can make you feel very vulnerable. Dr. Handoo listened to everything I had to say, and he has been doing it long enough that he knows how to help each individual patient. If you are on the fence about it, I highly recommend giving it a chance!”

“I have been struggling with depression for a large majority of my life. So when it was suggested I do TMS, I had my doubts on its effectiveness. I was nervous and not very trusting, yet I had Dr. Handoo to assure me everything would be fine AND Kately as an amazing TMS tech. When Kately couldn’t be around, I had Stephanie. The way KCPP handles teamwork and mental health in general is refreshing. For once I felt like a normal person simply by being in their office.
