“I have mixed feelings about this place after having gone a few times now. Everyone is nice enough for the most part, and the place is okay. But the whole place just has a weird vibe about it that seems off. The front staff behind the desk don't all dress professionally. One lady just had on a skimpy tank top with half her bra and chest hanging out. The doctor I see feels sometimes like I'm talking to a robot. Not much emotion, and they're always just asking what I want to do, how I want to proceed. Like... I came her for your medical input, not just to be asked what I think we should do. Not sure if I will keep going to the place or not.”

“First, I'm not one to leave reviews. (And this is Mike's wife.) But when pain is involved and you're at a point of frustration- yeah. I'm gonna leave one. Now....I do want to give Dr. Christy Haack and Dr Sczczepanek like 10 Stars. Their nurses are great too! I've been going here for quite a few years and they are the best!!! - But! When it comes to the office help, other than the super sweet guy at the front desk, I would give them zero stars. I've been waiting almost 3 weeks to get scheduled for an ablation. I called at almost 2 weeks, thinking maybe they didn't get the referral from my surgeon. (I called the surgeon's office too.) But, the nurse had actually received 2 referrals. She sent a note over "again" to get me scheduled. A couple days later, and I'm still waiting. - Also, I agree with another reviewer that they are really bad about returning calls. And their new AI system... I'm Not a fan. - Also, I had two other situations where one was that I had a scheduled appt. My doctor was going to be gone. They supposedly called me to change the appt. But I never received a call. (They can also text or use their portal.) And then the last time that I had an epidural, the ambulatory side was having computer issues. So they wrote my follow-up appt with the doctor down. Obviously never put in the system. So, I couldn't have that appt. The thing is- I live 45 minutes away. Not to mention it takes awhile to get in. - It's super frustrating! - If you want great doctors and good nurses, I HIGHLY Recommend! But don't get your hopes too high on the rest of the staff.”

“I went to see Doctor Szczeparnek for the first time. And throughout the whole procedure, he described what he Was doing and how I would feel. I am very impressed, all the nurses the front desk people, especially Alexa, who went out of her way to give me some information that I needed. She is a true asset to this doctors office.”
