“Would give zero stars if I could. My partner came to CMC for treatment of postpartum blues/depression. We should have known something was off when she noticed that they had an expired Certificate of Compliance with DHS and couldn’t provide us with an updated one when we asked. However, we were desperate to start TMS since it doesn’t impact breast milk and she wanted to be able to continue breastfeeding our baby. We were very upset to find out that the clinician filed a report with DHS due to unfounded safety concerns. Despite explaining to them that she is plugged in with multiple support systems and was evaluated by several other providers including a therapist, who all felt there weren’t any imminent concerns for safety, they failed to do their due diligence and filled a report anyway without telling us about it. We were very surprised to receive a call from DHS in the middle of the night. If my partner were experiencing any sort of acute mental health issues, this absolutely would have sent her into crisis. This clinic practices culturally incompetent and ignorant care. Would not recommend them to anyone who needs a compassionate, listening ear.”

“I had a very positive experience at Complete Mind Care! I enjoyed being treated by Sara, Jackson, and Trey, who were all very courteous and professional. I think TMS treatment is worth trying for anybody that is having mental health struggles.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a really great experience with Complete Mind Care of Pennsylvania. I reached out to schedule an appointment to discuss some issues I’ve been dealing with, and Brittany was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She was kind, patient, professional, and made me feel comfortable and heard from the very beginning. It’s not always easy reaching out for help, but Brittany made the experience much less stressful and was truly supportive. I really appreciate the care and attention she gave me. Thank you, Brittany, for all your help! Highly recommend Complete Mind Care of Pennsylvania.”

“Since grade school, I have dealt with the impact of ADHD. The diagnosis and treatment have been consistent over the decades. Although I do not seek treatment on a continual basis, I sometimes find myself at a point in my life where a specific obstacle or challenge is best dealt with by controlling the worst effects of my ADHD. The doctor who I most recently saw closed his practice, so after reading a good recommendation on Facebook, I went in to speak to nurse practitioner Michelle Reed. After an 80 minute medical history, Michelle informed me that because I said I was sad and anxious sometimes, which I explained multiple times and at length happened after trying and failing to manage the ADHD symptoms around an obstacle by myself, she would not be giving me a prescription. Not only this, but she offered a treatment plan for anxiety and depression which I explained again, at length, were causally not possible to be the root condition. Michelle was so stuck on trying to upsell me on her contrived treatment plan that she didn't realize she was trying to explain to me that the future can inform the past. When speaking with the office manager, it was clear she had little interest in discussing what happened. I countered every argument she gave me until she gave up and said she couldn't discuss what happened because she isn't a medical professional. Then why did she talk to me to begin with? A complaint was filed with the PA Department of State, so watch the pa.gov licensing website for an update on discipline.”
