“Im giving Olga and her team one more appointment, but would have to agree with the latest reviews. As a newly pregnant patient; she lacks experience and has become defensive when questioned — and can’t keep up with her own medicinal recommendations when I call back to clarify or correct my misconceptions as the patient. Olga also refused to collaborate with my team of medical professionals (OBGYN, therapist, etc.) ***I am no longer giving them one more chance, have cancelled my future appointments, and am working with another professional that values cooperation and collaboration between all of my care providers. Her office staff Ruby and Matt are equally incompetent, but not rude.”

“The practitioner there, Olga, has already saved me a great deal of grief and panic. I was getting absolutely no assistance from the previous providers with their restrictions. I was having terrible panic attacks with lack of sleep and increased pain. She understood right away the connection between anxiety with chronic and acute pain and how miserable it is for the patient. She was able to bring anxiety down and pain along with it. I was also calm enough to handle another emergency that came through out of nowhere. She recommended a therapist that I will be seeing weekly. I can only hope this person is as good as she is. “Some of the worst mental health care I have recieved in a long time. For a very vulnerable treatment, Olga was rude and dismissive for my first treatment. There was poor communication of expectations on first visit. Being a company in multiple states there email communication on what is expected on first visit should be clearer. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment but from Olga's perspective, that wasn't soon enough. If would be more beneficial if the company managed there own books and time because it is unreasonable to expect someone to arrive 30 minutes before a scheduled time without clear instruction. The entire time I was there was anxiety riddled and stressful. For a service where people are coming to you in a vulnerable space I expected more understanding and care regarding attitude and how you treat clients. I would suggest anyone who is considering them to ask themselves and the provider how do create safe and healthy environments for clients?!”
