“I loved getting treatment here. It was incredibly helpful, but they raised their prices astronomically. $400 for a 15 minute consultation and $300 for treatment makes it so far fewer people can get treatment. This shouldn’t only be available to people with 6 figure jobs. It seems absurd to pay so much for this treatment for depression, and after the effects wear off, you’ll likely go back into that state of depression because of the anxiety associated with financial instability.”

“Please beware of this place! My daughter went to Andala in November 2025 to get a ketamine infusion there and almost died at the hands of one of their nurses! A nurse employed by Andala and who was not trained properly pushed 175 mg of ketamine and 2.5 mg of diazepam all at once into my daughter’s central line that leads straight to her heart causing her to overdose & go into cardiac arrest! The only safe and proper way is for the ketamine to run slowly over an hour. 911 was called due to the fact that she stopped breathing, she was forced awake by EMS. She was shook up and confused and traumatized. Thankfully she’s still alive but she should never have been in danger of losing her life. This Nurse and Andala were negligent for allowing this to happen. My daughter has trauma and lifelong PTSD due to this happening and so do I, since I was also there and witnessed this. Andala has only offered my daughter discounted ketamine infusions for a year for compensation. However the only nurse that she trusted, Alonso, no longer works there so she would not feel safe going back there even if she met the new criteria for these infusions. I know the nurse responsible is also no longer there, she hid in the back after this happened and no one there would be honest with me and tell me why my daughter went into cardiac arrest. When my daughter came to in the ambulance, she told me what happened and I was shocked and livid. This nurse has been reported for her negligence and Andala now needs to be held accountable also. I have seen a high turnover with employees at Andala through the years. I believe a rush to get the Nurses trained quickly but not taking the time to train them properly, is what put my daughter’s life in danger. I have spoken to the CEO Josh Stevens to try to get some kind of compensation for my daughter. He claims he wasn’t familiar with what happened to my daughter which I find shocking unless there’s no medical incident report filed. This wouldn’t surprise me since their actions indicate they want the whole incident swept under the rug. It’s sad and wrong when a life is endangered like my daughter’s was by Andala Health which is supposed to be a safe and licensed medical facility for these infusions. I have only received empty promises for months now. Andala claims they want to make this right, and they know trust has been broken yet they still expect her to get over it and be happy with the discounted infusions being offfered. Ketamine infusions previously helped my daughter with the severe painful condition she has called CRPS. She now also suffers from trauma and PTSD due to Andala’s negligence. The leaders of Andala have failed my daughter with those empty words of “how can we make this right?” Yet when we respond with how they can make this right , they simply ghost us and think this is ok. They stop responding to our emails and choose to ignore the pain their decision to NOT make this right, causes our entire family. I would recommend going anywhere but here if you value your life.”

“Walking in its a great, refreshing, warm smell. Chairs are very comfortable to relax in, but ur not waiting long at all. Staff is super nice and welcoming. Corey and Alonso are just a couple of the experts we have had the pleasure of working with so far. The explanation and detail definitely very knowledgeable and we felt very comfortable.
