About Wholistic Health

Administered intravenously in a controlled clinical setting, the therapy involves highly-tailored doses of Ketamine, providing rapid relief for many patients, often after their first infusion. This advanced treatment works by repairing the communication system between brain areas responsible for memory, learning, and higher-order thinking, fostering the growth of new neural connections and offering rapid alleviation of depressive symptoms.

What patients say on Google

“Editing to add: instead of taking responsibility for under prepared and unacceptable staff, they are blaming the patient when they had multiple avenues available to contact me. And when I called at 2:30 the staff member said I was on her list and she had not gotten to me yet. If she had attempted contact, wouldn’t she have at that time confirmed my phone number? You would think so. And to incorrectly state that I insisted to be billed is false information as the fill in staff member is the person who verbatim told me that they could bill me for the visit while insurance was getting straightened out. Had I known at 2:30 when I myself am the one who reached out, that I was to pay out of pocket, I would have politely declined and canceled the appointment. However, the false information by staff has led me to be out my own time and money traveling for this appointment due to misinformation. As for response from this staff, instead of dealing with this matter privately and responding to my email sent to the staff member I had previously worked with, they “took to the internet” to defend image instead of actually assisting the patient with the issue and taking responsibility for insufficient training and the unprofessionalism across the entire office. This review reflects my personal experience as a prospective new patient. I scheduled an initial consultation and had recently updated my insurance information. I completed my portion of confirming my coverage was active and requested updated referrals through my provider. The day before my appointment, I spoke with the regular front desk staff member, who told me her fill-in would verify whether the referral had been received and notify me if anything further was needed. Because I did not receive follow-up communication, I called the clinic at approximately 2:30 PM on the day of my 4:00 PM appointment to confirm everything was in order before traveling. During that call, the fill-in staff member told me the referral had not yet been received. I asked directly how that would affect payment and whether the visit could still be billed, as I could not pay the cash consultation fee upfront. I was told that the appointment could be billed and that I was fine to come in. Based on that information, I arranged transportation and began traveling to the appointment. At approximately 3:30 PM, while already on my way, I received another call from the clinic stating that I would instead be required to pay a $100 cash consultation fee at check-in. I explained that I had relied on the earlier information provided when arranging transportation. During this conversation, the staff member stated multiple times that she was filling in and did not normally work at that location. She also stated that they had been unable to reach me by phone. I had recently changed my phone number and understand that contact attempts may not have reached me; however, the clinic does have my email address on file, and I did not receive any communication by email prior to traveling to the appointment. I requested to speak with a manager but was told they were unavailable. I was informed my number would be provided for follow-up. I later received a call from the clinic’s phone number, but no voicemail was left, so I was unable to determine who contacted me or whether follow-up occurred. As a result, I was unable to attend the appointment. My concern is not that clinics maintain policies regarding referrals or payment, but that conflicting information was provided shortly before the appointment after I had already confirmed details and arranged transportation. For a first interaction with a healthcare clinic, the experience felt disorganized and frustrating. I hope the clinic improves communication procedures so future patients receive clear and consistent information before traveling to appointments.”

“Excellent staff and Dr. Susan Gillispie is Top Notch. Truly very sincere and cares about her patients above and beyond. I've never had a Dr that will personally text and help even when you don't have an appointment. Highly recommend Wholistic Health !!”

“I'm grateful to this place in the people who work here. I have full body CRPS, I require 3 4 hour infusions every 6 weeks. It's expensive but I have never been treated better by any other medical place. All the nurses are nice and know what they're doing, Susan is also wonderful. They let me customize my treatment to make me the most comfortable as possible. They also let me have the same room every time which is nice, Ketamine can make yourself very sensitive to your environment so it's nice to have consistency. They give me zofran if I get nauseous, They let me get up to use the bathroom, Which other ketamine places have denied me before. They changed my drip so that I get the same amount of ketamine but I don't have to deal with a peak at the end, Which is really important to me because that was the hardest part. I could go on but I will say it's definitely worth the high price because you are getting people that genuinely care about your health and comfort.”

“I come here with my sister for an injections I believe 2 months ago & I watched how the front desk assistant talked to another worker from the back I believe her name is Keisha super super sweet very well mannered and she’s a natural great communicative skills warm hearted everything well I went this past week with my sister to get another injection and didn’t see her I’m hoping she didn’t quit because of how the staff talks to her my sister tells me how rude they really are but she’s the sweetest one to ever have worked there I’ll miss being graced by her presence”
