“Provider was late to my intake appointment and a no-show for my therapy appointment. No one contacted me to let me know about either of the delays. After waiting for 25 minutes in the hallway outside their unstaffed and locked office for my therapy appointment, they responded to my voicemail letting me know the provider could start making her way over from Walnut Creek and would be an hour late.”
