Meghan made my experience feel very safe which is very important for those who suffer from PTSD. You have to feel safe and feel you can trust someone before letting your guard down. She ensured safe care and was present with me on each of my ketamine journeys. She gave me tips on how to prepare for ketamine therapy. She also happens to be very skillful with placing IVs (and I know this can be a bit of a concern for some people but dont be, she's a pro!). I definitely recommend having a therapist as well who can guide you on the process. Meghan's space is very tranquil. The chair is very comfortable, she has music if you wish to listen to music in your session, she has some nice lights that look like stars if you wish to look at that or if you wish she has eye masks as well. The warm cozy blanket is a plus. Ketamine has given me a feeling of peace and reprieve from the hell that my mind creates. It is a strange but nice sensation to feel at peace and to actually wake up not dreading the day. The anxiety went away with the very first session but I do recommend completing the full 6 sessions since that will be the most helpful for improving neuroplasticity.
