How likely are you to recommend Tri-MED Behavioral & Sleep Medicine?
“Need a prescription refill? Good luck. I was out of medication since 11/27 and they didn't refill it correctly until 12/6 ? IDK whatever, either way its unacceptable. We upped my dose to 2 pills per day, 60 pills per month. Guess what? Due to their clerical error, Walmart won't fill it because it says 60 pills, 1 pill per day. It Took FIVE business days to get this corrected after No one answers the phone. They tell me I am mistaken and I have to wait until the end of december to refill my prescription etc. So for a simple prescription refill it took 6 DAYS. I pay 150$ for a 3 minute video call once a month for this garbage. Sorry "doctors", The only thing saving your jobs is big pharma. Avoid at all costs. PS. They don't ever answer the phone. I called EIGHT times in a row around 2-230pm. Tried front desk. Tried Nurse extension. No answer. No call back for 5 business days. PPS. As an experiment, I said "I couldn't concentrate wah wah" and they prescribed me vyvance, a highly addictive amphetamine. Oh, and when I asked for a refill? the prescribing "doctor" who is only a nurse practitioner, sent it to the pharmacy, it was DENIED. It must be prescribed by the actual psychiatrist. They have no idea what they're doing. Sorry if my math is off, I haven't had my prescription in 9 days since I am now out of the country which I told the receptionist 9 days ago. Complete joke”
“This practice is highly unreliable. They barely answer the phone, and when they do, the interaction is handled very unprofessionally. I was able to schedule an appointment, but no directions or guidance were provided beforehand or after. I ultimately left with the same issue I came in with. After completing the paperwork and paying the copay, I expected to receive actual assistance, but that did not happen. Seek help elsewhere, just to save some stress!!”
“This place has got to be a joke. There are two noises they can’t stand, one is the phone ringing and the other would be the call for duty. I spent 2 weeks attempting to get a prescription issue resolved. I called 9 times with no answer, left 5 voicemails, one was returned but I unfortunately missed it, and finally got to a point I could text the practitioner’s assistant, to which I’ve found helpless. I raised my concern over text message and was met with immediate defense regarding inactions, rather than any helpful gesture or sympathy. To top it off, my last appointment was at 3:20pm on a Friday. I didn’t receive an invite until 3:31pm but during that time I was also at work and driving. I got on at 3:40pm but was promptly told my scheduled appointment was already passed but she’d “make an exception.” I was left to speed rush all my questions and didn’t get to elaborate my thoughts thoroughly. Meanwhile, and consistently, being told others were going to have delayed appointments like I was being guilt tripped? I’m still perplexed by the whole situation, I’m a patient being met with a hostility for attempting to get the help they offered. It doesn’t make sense.”
“Dr. Aina and Milka Kamau have drastically improved my quality of life over the last year. I’m very thankful to Tri-MED for providing such professional, caring, and supportive mental health professionals. From the office staff’s and nurses’ prompt responses to the quality of care I’ve received, they are the gold standard.”
