“Horrible experience. The first two ladies I encountered did not have any bedside manner. The machine wouldn’t work properly so once my treatment started the two ladies were trying to fix it and yelling back and forth to each other from different rooms, all while I’m getting the ketamine and trying to relax so it goes well. It did not go well, I had my first experience of a “bad trip”. I’m almost 40 but had to call my dad so he could come inside and sit with me while I was waking up and just sobbing uncontrollably. My dad also felt the staff there sincerely lacked compassion and bedside table manners. I highly recommend against this facility. I felt unsafe and like they were not competent at their jobs. (This took place around the end of 2024)”
