“I was extremely impressed to say the least. The administrator who schedules the appointments facilitated my appointments all at once. I knew when my infusions were - all 5. I was worried with work so this was extremely helpful. Prompt. Texted back literally within 10 mins. So far I have had 4/5. Having had ketamine infusions done prior, I could say with confidence that every Doctor, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses were amazing. Their knowledge of mental health combined with a sincere of wanting every patient to have a good experience. That just helped facilitate the neuroplasticity knowing I was going to a clinic where they weren’t just going through the motions. Dr. Yanuck personally checked in on me after every session. One of the other nurse practitioners does a free meditation every Saturday free. That’s a testament to the quality of care you will get. My anhedonia has changed into metaphorically emptying my backpack of life events that don’t serve me to hang onto that trauma, depression, anxiety what have you.”

“Great staff, environment, and location- but they stated TRICARE was approved and they had a successful history of serving several TRICARE patients. It was also odd that I met my out-of-pocket deductible and they’d keep asking me for a co-pay. Around my 10th session, I was told they had a billing issue and I’d need to come off schedule until resolved. I felt that I had to pay hundreds without insurance to get an IV session to complete the induction phase. Doctor didn’t take my several notes about already having tolerance, and set me up with a really low dosage. Appointment and money felt wasted. 4 months went by. No referrals to other clinics in the area to complete my care. No contact or updates. In the end, they just said they’re out-of-network. This is because the billing provider is listed for emergency medicine- not neuro or psych, and there is no plan to fix it. Sad because it could have been great, but the lack of supportive discharge care, effective communication, and overall insurance handling prevented that.”
