How likely are you to recommend Psychotherapy Care Center?
What patients say on Google
“I don’t even know where to begin with this place, but this was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any provider. Idk how there are so many good reviews! I made an appointment with Psychotherapy Care Center, and it took them THREE WEEKS just to verify my insurance. Three weeks of waiting, thinking I had an appointment coming up. Finally, they confirm my insurance and schedule me for today, April 3rd at 3:00 PM. I fill out all the paperwork, submit everything they asked for… and not a single confirmation call or follow-up. Still, I show up at 3:00 PM like I’m supposed to.. because THEIR 24-hour cancellation policy says I’d be charged if I didn’t.. only to be told by the receptionist, “You’re not on the schedule.” Are you kidding me? This isn’t just a casual appointment.. this is a mental health service!!! People are reaching out for help, and this is how they handle it?! Disorganized, careless, and completely unprofessional. It’s honestly unacceptable. If they can’t even manage something as basic as scheduling an appointment correctly, how can anyone trust them with something as important as therapy?! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.”
“Best preliminary interview experience I’ve had—hands down. Ms. Brony Fernandez was transparent, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making sure I felt informed and respected throughout the process. In an industry where recruiting can sometimes feel rushed or misleading, her approach was refreshing and rare. This is the kind of recruitment professional that helps companies grow the right way. 10/10 experience.”
“My 1st time coming to their place with my daughter. The front desk girls were very friendly and inviting which made it easier for my daughter to feel calm. Love the clean..bright homey feeling atmosphere . I have to give a the front desk girl Millie a pat on the back for her kind, quick and caring intake process. Overall good place to go to!”
“I really like my therapists, they are excellent at their jobs and provide great care. However, the front desk staff at this office need significant improvement. I had an appointment on Monday 9/22 at 11:30, but I wasn’t seen until 12:30. The delay was caused by the front desk failing to sign me in and not notifying my provider that I had arrived until 30 minutes after I asked. Another patient who arrived after me was seen first. Even after following up again at 50 minutes, I still had to wait. The staff then blamed the provider for the mix-up, which was unprofessional. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced disorganization here. Communication about paperwork or requests is often delayed or mishandled. While the providers are excellent, the workflow at the front desk needs attention and management should address accountability to prevent these issues in the future.”
