How likely are you to recommend PMC Ketamine Therapy Clinic?
What patients say on Google
“Spravato treatments have been very helpful to me during this short time in my healing journey. After experiencing depression and anxiety due to empty nest syndrome, I decided to give this treatment a try, and I’m so glad I did. My experience has been very positive. It has helped elevate my self-confidence and reset my mental health to the point where I can think clearly and focus on my priorities—myself and my family. I truly recommend this treatment to parents going through the difficult phase of becoming empty nesters while dealing with depression and anxiety. I would definitely recommend PMC Ketamine Therapy Clinic in Port Chester, NY. The facility is clean, the staff is professional and Dr. Carlos Rueda is both knowledgeable and supportive.”
“I started Spravato (esketamine) therapy after years of trying almost everything for depression and anxiety, and I went in very skeptical. I’m only 4ish weeks in, but the initial and continued shift has been so significant for me. More on that in a minute... About Dr. Rueda and the clinic: The clinic is so modern, beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, with private treatment rooms and these amazing zero gravity chairs (which, as a side note, I’m going to have to buy for my house as soon as possible 😉). The staff has been kind, attentive, supportive, and genuinely present. Dr. Rueda has an amazing bedside manner and really listens and adjusts my treatment as needed, which has made me feel much more comfortable with the process. He has been extremely responsive to all of my questions and concerns. Seriously, having a doctor like him directing my treatment has felt like such an added bonus in this whole mental health journey I’ve been on for years. I know it sounds like just a platitude, but I can honestly say he genuinely cares and is excited to see my progress right along side with me. About Spravato (esketamine): What surprised me is how quickly things started to change. It’s not a “fake” or manic feeling, it's a real sense that the weight and constant noise in my head isn’t running my life anymore. For the first time, I’m getting things done that I’ve put off for years, and it feels natural rather than forced. That alone has made a huge difference with my ADHD and OCD loops. I also don’t feel like a “zombie.” I had avoided traditional SSRIs and other depression meds for a long time because of side effects (and trust me, there were many attempts over the years), but this feels different. I just feel more *present*. Because of that, I’m showing up better for my family, and the shift in my home and marriage has been noticeable, even if only just by association. One thing I have finally realized for sure is that you can't change other people, but you can change how you show up for them. And they might just surprise you by showing up differently too. ❣️ No things aren't perfect but they have already gotten so much better...! This isn’t a magic fix. You still have to do the work. I’m pairing this with weekly psychotherapy that I had already been doing, and that combination is what’s making the difference now after being stuck for so long. Spravato is opening the doors, but I still have to walk through them. I’ll update this over time since I’ve only just begun, but right now this is allowing me to access the tools I already learned in psychotherapy: the tools to handle life in a way I haven’t been able to in a long time. I actually have hope for the future now, and feel like I’m living my life, rather than just observing it and trying to get through each day. I’m really just so grateful that I gave it a chance. If you’re on the fence, at least have a consult with Dr. Rueda and meet the staff. I had been thinking about it for a while, but finally getting the nerve to come in and ask about the process is what helped me take the leap... and I’m so glad I did!”
“My experience with this Therapy has been almost magical! I cannot express the level of gratitude I have for each time I take it. I feel like I grow and grow and all the people there, especially Heidi they are amazing. I would recommend this treatment to anyone I know suffering from depression, anxiety, and PTSD it actually works it Forms new pathways for the neurotransmitters! Highly recommend it!”
“Excellent treatment for depression and anxiety. Staff are well trained, professional and compassionate. Dr Ruida is an excellent psychiatrist and is available for consult and assistance. The facility is very clean and comfortable. I am a geriatric psychotherapist and understand the importance of this type of treatment for over coming depression, anxiety and substance abuse”
