“Pacific Mind: 3 stars. 48 hour cancellation or reschedule policy is expensive. Most other companies have 24hr cancellation policy. I probably have already paid over $500 due to the reschedule fees because my work schedule varies and isn't set consistently. Gracen Reed therapist: 5 stars. Amazing therapist. I don't always understand what we're doing or what we're going to discuss, but whatever she's doing it's working. I stay with Pacific Mind for therapy just because of her. For medication management, I've switched to Rula. They have a 24hr cancellation policy and you can schedule yourself with their app without having to call or email for availability. Most times, Rula even waives the reschedule or cancellation fee so long as you contact them with a reason. Gracen Reed is an amazing therapist. Very patient and understanding. Never felt judged, only kindness and empathy. She's done wonders for my mental health. 5 stars.”
