“Stay away! Super sketch. Advertising in person consults and ketamine. Door locked and no signage. Not registered with NC Med Board. No supervising MD or staff listed. Quality ads but all the red flags. Be safe and stay clear of this dangerous unregistered clinic!!!! NP not listed on website but once found has no supervising doc and business does not have medical license!”
