“Staff is nice but the problem with billing department, they are completely incompetent. They claim they are BCBS in network provider for Spravato treatment but something messed up with their billing and I still have pending claims for 5 months that they need to fix with BCBS and use the right codes for the right procedures. I switched to Greenbrook for treatment and it was very smooth billing experience with BCBS. Overall dont recommend them till they get their billing act together”
