How likely are you to recommend Massachusetts Ketamine at Neural Health Therapies?
What patients say on Google
“I should have read the reviews before I booked with this clinic. I decided to go to another clinic based on the awful reviews for Neural Health and they are now holding my money hostage. I was told multiple times I would get a full refund if I did not go through with the treatments. No one will tell me if they actually canceled my payment and when I call they say they’re looking into it and then never call me back. This place is a scam and now I have to fight to get my money back!”
“I had infusions here at least two years ago now. I just got a call basically being advertised to about their services and "checking in with me". After two years. If I wanted to continue treatment, I would have? Please find a better way to increase your revenue stream than harassing people who have not used your services in 2 years at 6pm on a weeknight.”
“I’m disgusted with the customer service. I put my boyfriend’s contact information down to get more information regarding your treatment. He’s done through something similar and was interested in trying it. Someone named BOB from your location reached out tonight and I was right here listening to the conversation. My boyfriend asked if you took insurance and Bob said no and that the cost of the treatment was $3000 for 6 weeks. I then hear my boyfriend kindly mention he has a child and one on the way and unfortunately cannot afford that right now but thank you and Bobs response was “so you’re just going to continue to suffer?” That is the most insensitive, disrespectful response anyone could have in regards to someone’s mental health. My boyfriend has gone through years of treatments, TMS therapy, rehabs all which have been helpful in many ways, and I’ve never heard someone be so rude and out of bounds with just a mere sentence. You work for a place that is supposed to be for wellness and mental health. Replace Bob, and train the people representing your business better.”
“Review is strictly for the cost, I have not gone further than my initial inquiry via a phone call. $3,000 for a 6 week treatment plan, no thanks. You’d likely be better off trying to bribe a veterinarian student or something.”
