What patients say on Google
“Maple Mountain Clinic is incredible! A family member recommended that I try ketamine infusions to help with my postpartum depression. I feel so much better! Kyle and Ashley have been amazing to work with. They truly care about their patients and are so kind!”
“I don’t know how to put into words what an incredible experience I had getting the ketamine infusions here for my depression, anxiety and C-PTSD. Ashley is a literal angel on earth and made the whole 6 weeks of treatment so personable and made me feel so comfortable and judgement free during the whole process. She helped me break down each session and encouraged me the whole time. Seriously the best thing I have done for my mental health and the only thing that has truly helped my PTSD! They offer appointments after 5pm which is amazing and made it easier to fit in with my own work schedule and not needing to take time off.”
“This clinic is excellent! After months of struggling with ppd and PTSD I was able to finally find relief through ketamine. I would give bonus points to this clinic because they offer later appointments (including weekends), they are personable, they really care and you can feel it and they are low judgement which was really important for me.”
“MIRACLES DO HAPPEN!!! Dr. Kyle and Ashley Sleight are my #2 Heros (only second to my wife). About the time I turned 40 I started having chronic pain. It got worse over time. I went to about 10 different doctors including the head of neuropathy at the U of U. All of them gave me the same answer. We don't know why. The diagnosis, peripheral neuropathy and fibromyalgia. After being on every possible medication, we found that I either had bad side effects or it did not help. After suffering for years, Utah finally legalized medical cannabis. This was a huge huge win for me! I could finally get enough relief at night to sleep reasonably well. I was still a mess, but at least my bed did not appear as a fierce dragon that I had to slay every night. Fast forward to 2026. I was introduced to Dr. Sleight by a good friend who had great results from the ketamine treatments. What an angel! About a week after that, I began my first treatment. I had no idea what I was in for. All I knew is that I was desperate, and unknown to me, like the frog in the pot heating up slowly, I was seriously depressed from my battle with pain. First treatment I was nervous. Dr. Sleight was very kind and patient. He made sure I was comfortable and reassured. He had everything in place to make the experience a success. He monitors you closely while going through the treatment so you are safe. Every day after my treatment they checked on me to see how I was doing, and answered every question I had. This is indeed a very odd experience. Hard to describe unless you experience it, but I can explain the stages I think I went through. I did weekly treatments. Treatment 1. 40 minutes. Introduction. Pain was gone during the infusion, but came back the next day. Saw an interesting geometric wall of sorts during the treatment, but that was about it. Treatment 2. 80 minutes (all the following were also 80 minutes). This was a breakthrough. The wall fell away and bright light was beyond. Pain was again gone during the treatment but returned 2 days later. Treatment 3. Major workout for my brain. Visualized things being torn down and rebuilt. PAIN WAS GONE! For the entire week after I had none of the chronic pain I had for 24 years! Treatment 4. More work for my brain. Continued out of pain. Treatment 5. Still being worked over hard. No Pain! Treatment 6. (2 weeks later due to a conflict and still NO PAIN) This one was less work. Felt like a "touch up" rather than a remodel of my brain. First time I felt peaceful as the treatment ended. Dr. Sleight is having me take a 2 month break to see how I do. Maybe 6 months between treatments after that. I have been out of pain since my third treatment. I never ever expected this. I am like I was 24 years ago, doing projects on the house, riding my bike, playing with my grandkids, and enjoying life again! It is a MIRACLE! By the way, when you do days of physical labor around the house when you are not used to it, you will still feel sore muscles! But none of the chronic pain!!! Sore muscles get better :-) I mentioned depression. Now that I am feeling better, I realize how depressed I was. I was not suicidal, but I was not adverse to things ending. I was living a very low quality, do nothing kind of life. These treatments not only help with pain, but also with mental health. I think most people with chronic pain need help with both. I sure did. Thank you Kyle and Ashley!!! I am in your debt. You have my gratitude, appreciation, and admiration for giving me my life back.”
