Everyone from schedulers, to front desk attendants to medics and PNPRs are wonderful and passionate about providing a supportive experience. They understand the importance of set and setting, as the space is perfectly curated for a psychedelic journey in a comfortable individual room that includes recliners, mood lightening or relaxing TV scene options, and even salt rock lamps in the bathrooms. I felt well supported and cared for, including through a rather challenging experience where a comfort companion is only a button click away. These days I find it rare that medical providers really take the time to listen to you and thoroughly attend to your concerns, but the PNPRs here went above and beyond in helping me process my experience. “I am so happy to have found Klarisana. I've been battling mental health issues my entire life, and I did a round of IV Ketamine treatment at my psychiatrist's office in 2023. It helped me immensely, but I really hate IVs and it wasn't covered by insurance. When I decided I needed to go through another round of treatment, I found Klarisana and that they offer various kinds of ketamine treatments AND accept insurance! I just finished my foundation sessions of IM Ketamine, and wow. The staff at Klarisana is so professional and compassionate. They make you feel incredibly welcome, safe, and listened to. On my last session I got a bit overwhelmed, and the NP on staff, Annie (who is usually at the Denver clinic but I got lucky and saw her 2x at Thornton!), provided the most amazing support to me. Heads up, there are some upfront costs, but Klarisana will provide you with the insurance billing codes to speak with your insurance provider to determine your ultimate cost and Klarisana will reimburse you the difference once they've received payment from your insurance. The only ask I have of Klarisana is to upgrade the chairs for the person who accompanies you to the session. They are quite uncomfortable for someone to sit in for 2 hours, and I find it incredibly helpful for my experience to have a loved one with me during my session.”

“Rachel was incredibly rude. Cutting your clients off mid conversation is not the way to keep people coming back. (They have been fairly rude to me on a few occasions) Other than that, they require you to sign an ABN form that is incredibly one sided. They know the form is incorrect (they even explain in-house, how they don't feel it's fair/accurate) yet they refuse to do anything about it/fix it so that it's accurate.”
