Klarisana - Ketamine Treatment San Antonio

“Edit: (6/25/26) I really feel happier at Klarisana now. I still, and always have, really liked this clinic (I've only done treatments at the San Antonio location). I feel the staff here are SO nice. I've felt the PAs/NPs and MAs/EMTs/Paramedics go above and beyond in many ways. I do my med management with my pyschiatrist who I've seen for 8+ years now that they are seeing patients once more, but my case is complicated and this is just a better fit for me. So, while I do not do my med management through Klarisana, I do my treatments here :) I am able to ask questions (because I am invested in this treatment option as someone who loves psychiatry and also has suffered from poor MH), and I do feel Klarisana actually has folks at this clinic who keep researched on the treatment. I got the pleasure to talk with Dr. Bonnet, and got to ask him some things about ketamine/spravato, and I thought it was cool he visited the clinics in TX. They did work to expedite getting me on Spravato, and I am now back in treatment, so I think things have worked out here for me, so I've readjusted my review back to the original five stars. I think the only improvement I'd like to see is the clinic being more accessible to get in touch with, although I've not had AS much trouble. I think the AI assistant also just... isn't for me, still, and it was frustrating to get a call from an AI assistant when I only tend to call when I really need to (non-medical emergency, of course). Would be cool if the patient portal had an accesible messaging feature, maybe I've missed it but I've not seen one. - I think for Spravato/Ketamine treatments, this is a wonderful clinic that is keeping really ON TOP of the research. I think that's very important right now, for clinics like Klarisana to exist. Thank you again to all the clinicians I've seen here. I hope to continue my journey here. 6-5 Months ago I gave Klarisana in San Antonio 5 stars. I lost my dad to suicide on May 31st 2025. I had a lot of shift in treatment plans as I had to change clinics to this very one and I did very much like Klarisana, I still do to an extent. But I cannot help but feel as if I've fallen through the cracks. My med management under the Austin branch has felt messy at best, though I feel the providers were trying their best, communication has been rough. I tried to reach the San Antonio clinic and got placed to voicemail. A call came back, and I was disheartened it was an AI agent from Colorado. I just do not feel that those struggling with MH need an AI operator, but a HUMAN BEING. Beyond that, the AI operator simply routed me back to the San Antonio Clinic who did not answer. I just wish communication with this clinic was easier, because there are plenty of the providers here that I really think are amazing and caring souls. For now, I will have to put my rating to two stars as I absolutely had to switch to a new clinic for med management due to the way my benzodiazepine taper was being handled. I do feel the practitioners handling my taper had good intentions but the inability to reach somebody during such a huge transiition was detrimental to me. I don't have anything bad to say about anyone who has handled me as a patient. I just am frustrated at being in a limbo, awaiting Spravato without any indication or idea of when I'll be able to get my life back together by being able to have access to a treatment plan that will help me more than ANY has. I don't know if this is more on the insurance, the office, or both, but I don't feel much like myself anymore, and it's hard when I put a lot faith in this clinic. I am keeping my rating to two stars for now because everyone has been so very nice, and no one has been hurtful or intentionally out to harm, but the lack of communication or the slow response times has been rough. AI operators is just not the right way to handle those with MH struggles. I'd probably have given three stars if I did not have that run in with an AI operator when I needed an actual human being from the clinic I see.”

“I spoke to Gabi over a 15min discovery call. She is the rudest person I've ever 'spoken' with. Not only did she 'correct' me on several occasions when I was referring to IV possibilities, saying 'AGAIN, LIKE I SAID BEFORE, ITS IM THERAPY', at least 8 different times, but she treated me like a child over the phone. I'm 52, almost 53, so I've got more patience than I want to possess. Gabi is NOT recommended for a quick 15min call. I'd rather talk to my Dog. Gabi, also interrupted me MULTIPLE TIMES & stated with disdain, 'LET ME FINISH WHAT I'M SAYING!', as if I interrupted her with an expression of not understanding her overly bearing phone etiquette. Gabi needs to LEARN & REALIZE that she is NOT above patients or just people in general. I WAS looking forward to the call, but she caused me even MORE C-PTSD & ANXIETY than any other Mental Health Clinic ever has. She also hung up on me towards the end! I was wishing her a great rest of her upcoming weekend, but before I could wish her well, (which I had to really keep my disappointment & frankly, high blood pressure that was rising inside of me in at bay). I DO NOT RECOMMEND KLARISANA SOLELY BECAUSE OF THIS 'HOLIER THAN THOU', NARCISSISTIC, EGO- TRIPPING PERSON, GABI, based on her tone of speech, her choices of verbiage, and her blatant and intentional RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL & DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR... *HOWEVER, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PHOENIX MENTAL HEALTH CLINIC IN SAN ANTONIO ON MEDICAL DRIVE INSTEAD*. THE STAFF THERE ARE COMPASSIONATE, CARING AND KNOW EACH PERSON BY NAME & PREFERENCES! OVERALL, BECAUSE OF GABI, WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE CALMING, PROFESSIONAL & FRANKLY, KIND...ESPECIALLY AT A MENTAL HEALTH CLINIC WHO IS SUPPOSED TO CARE FOR people suffering with CPTSD, SEVERE ANXIETY, SEVERE DEPRESSION & everything else under the sun, I WILL spread the word of how I was treated by GABI. As a person who knows their own High Value, intelligent enough in discretion & discernment of Right from Wrong and also a BREATHING PERSON who doesn't tolerate blatant rudeness or disrespect, will always choose a compassionate clinic, that possesses & actually PRACTICES, genuine kindness and most of all, a Mental Health Clinic that practices and believes in Humility. GABI SHOULD NOT BE A 1ST CONTACT PRESENCE, OF ANY CLINIC OF ANY KIND. SHE HAS CAUSED ME UNEXCUSABLE HARM & DISDAIN.”
