What patients say on Google

“I’ve been a patient here on and off for the last 3 years and I can genuinely say I owe my life to Klarisana. I’ve dealt with years of lifelong depression, anxiety and chronic pain that felt untreatable after trying so many different medications and doctors that never worked. The proof that this works is in my progress, I went from needing weekly sessions to biweekly then monthly and now I’m at a point where I only need a booster every 2-6 months. That dark cloud isn't over my head every waking second anymore and when things do get heavy, it doesn't linger for months like it used to. They are really quick with the initial evaluation and getting you set up with appointments. Their availability is open almost all the time with early morning, evening and weekend slots. I really don’t have any complaints except the distance but I’m more than willing to travel from Pueblo to Denver because they are one of the very few providers that actually accepts Medicaid, it’s definitely worth the drive. The atmosphere is very welcoming, I have always felt very safe with each and every staff member and you get your own private, comfortable room for the treatment. They always make sure you're evaluated before you start and that you have a safe ride home afterward. I still have my struggles but I can finally navigate life a little easier now. I’m hoping to maintain these boosters for now and eventually get to a point where I don't even need them anymore because I finally feel like I’m becoming the person I’m supposed to be. I can’t be more grateful”

“Run away. If you have insurance, they will make you jump through 2 months of hoops bf first appointment. At crummy facility they spot check BP and pulse ox. The trainee tech didn’t know what to do when oxygen at 89-90. They decided to DENY TREATMENT AT POINT OF SERVICE. I begged so got low dose shot I shrugged off ( 3 years infusion in TX where oxygen monitored whole time, never a problem). Despite admitting my lucidity, the supervisor used my toe (embarrassing) to get 94 reading and after ruining experience got 2d low dose shot I couldn’t even feel due to adrenaline. But big drama when I threw headphones into chair out of shock and frustration. I apologized profusely which tech accepted. Supervisor nonplussed said would have to sign form bf next appointment. I’ve gotten my oxygen levels up, but didn’t matter when got Monday morning call from “behavioral specialist” whose mind already made up. She promised to call next day then would not return calls all week, ghosted me. Finally day bf appointment COO of this outfit calls me to discharge me due to headphones. Neither knew underlying issue was pulse ox they thought blood pressure problem. Ridiculous. Guarantee if was paying 400 cash instead of 35 copay their wouldn’t have been this level of scrutiny. Bait and switch. I guarantee spot checking BP and pulse ox not best monitoring system, we’ll see what Cigna and the medical boards regulating their clinics in CO and TX think.”

“Misandrist. Rude staff. The medicine is good and they accept financial help from the state is the only good part and that is the one star. I cant say the same about the rotating staff they get nothing. They are unprofessional who betray trust, and break the privacy and patient trust. They constantly are changing staff especially the people you talk to and your care team especially the males dont last long at all. I tried to give them a shot for about 4 years and was always being let down. How do you confide in a new person almost every time you visit you have to start over with a new kid fresh out of school with very little real knowledge practical knowledge. Then when they find out its a joke they quit a week later or are let go. Sorry its true just go get the meds and don't open up to these people they cant be trusted to with private personal information. This is my review my opinion from personal experience. I was a patient and even a test trial person hand picked patient by them to test the lazenge troke program at home for the first time. They started at first and then failed and was shut down by the company and fired the male doctors I was talking to and replaced them multiple times ( it was a flop and a very bad flop way to take the medicine & it was not well sourced & caused stomach discomfort ) its true”

“I love Klarisana. My mental health has improved so much. Jasper is truly one of a kind. I feel comfortable and safe around him. Hannah (sorry if I spelled wrong) the provider is incredible as well. They have tag teamed my mental heath journey and I cannot express my gratitude enough. Thank you so much!”
