Dr. Gupta is not into the churn and burn like other doctors out there. He takes his time with you and explains everything. His office staff are also very helpful. Gabe (office manager?) seems to pull off miracles getting you appointments that fit your schedule and many other things. The medical staff are also very sympathetic and professional. I spent $400 dollars for them to turn me down, NO TREATMENT, I asked for my money back, they told me no, that it was for the consultation and intake, I was treated elsewhere, I don't understand how you can be charged $400 and be turned down,I couldn't wait to get this treatment that, I did tell them I wasn't taking suboxone because i thought they wouldnt give me the treatment, i did lie, BUT i thought this treatment was going to save me I COULD NOT AFFORD TO GIVE THEM $400 FOR THEM TO SAY NO, THE OTHER PLACE DIDNT SAY NO, being on suboxone!!! I'm calling the better business bureau”
