What patients say on Google
“I have been receiving ketamine infusions since 2019. The staff is caring and kind, with the best intentions for the patients. For me, it is a routine treatment to manage the depressive side of Bipolar disorder. I have no doubt that the reason I am alive due to these treatments.”
“I waited a little bit to do a review just to see how things went with my daughter after treatments were done. One review of staff: we both thought they were amazing and extremely kind. I can say the two main ladies we worked with were to the core, good people. The caring and compassion left my daughter and I leaving the treatments saying to each other the same. The treatments: my daughter had results pretty quick. There were dips within the 6 weeks that were good and then she would be a bit down again. After treatments finished: At this point, she doesn’t have the racing thoughts and her mood is pretty stable in a whole. We are hoping her moods stay steady and keep improving but this is huge for her not to have consistent thoughts of suicide and the longest time off of medication without a depressive low she has went for many years. If you can afford these treatments, it is worth it. Hopefully someday Ketamine treatments will be covered by insurance so everyone who needs them can have the option!”
“June 2024- I have been coming to the clinic for”tune ups” every 6-12 months since my initial infusions and I can say that these amazing people are always compassionate and caring. I am only alive today because this therapy exists. Thank you. This clinic changed my life, I no longer feel suicidal daily, my depression has lifted. My life is a million times better. Thank you so much. The staff is always amazing, they care and are professional. Thanks again.”
“Although I won't discuss the particulars of my personal mental health here, I did come to this clinic for 6 treatments. They were unsuccessful, as I have seen no improvement. However, that's not the reason I'm leaving a negative review. Several factors lead up to this. 1. I was treated with annoyance and felt looked down upon by one of the nurses. Example: During one session, the needle went through my vein and pushed the medicine directly under my skin, resulting in a huge painful bump on my arm that lasted for a day. This nurse attempted to make the error my own fault, saying something to the effect of, "You should have realized things felt different." After the botched treatment that day, the other ladies I worked with seemed to push fake concern and caring, two things they had not expressed before. I felt this was only to try and stop a negative review. 2. I felt rushed out of the building on more than one occasion. 3. I was denied several times when I asked to use their restroom, and was told to walk next door to McDonald's. This was after treatment, when you're not exactly stable. 4. I interacted with 3 different women over the course of my treatments. Only one of them ever asked if I wanted receipts for my payments. The others seemed hesitant to offer, and would provide an excuse as to why I didn't need them at that time. 5. I was asked about my personal religious beliefs, and found a note within some discharge papers that had a church name and phone number on it. I felt this was highly inappropriate. 6. I was told that within a week or two after my last session that I would be contacted by the clinic with their support, to check on my progress and well being. It has been over two months since my last treatment, and I've received nothing. This is after I sent them a survey letting them know that I still feel awful. Unfortunately there are more details that I could include, but I'll stop there. My final thought is this: if you're going to shell out as much money as these treatments require, you should be treated with respect, decency, and understanding, especially when it has to do with your mental and physical health. I felt the opposite of those things at this clinic.”
