“I was a member here, paying a monthly fee for my hormone pellet insertions (about $390 each) plus my progesterone refills. About six months before moving out of California, I told staff I'd be leaving the state. No one mentioned I needed to submit written notice to cancel — I only found out on my last day, and was charged an extra month as a result. I asked to at least receive my final progesterone refill ($99) before losing access, and was told yes, but could not get it right there but as long as I named a friend to pick it up since I'd be out of state. I agreed, accepting I'd still lose $50 on that final charge. When my friend went to pick it up, staff refused, claiming that because I was now out of state, they couldn't provide it without "medical supervision" — despite never providing any medical supervision for this medication the entire time I was a member. They kept my $150 and I got nothing for it. Poor communication about cancellation policies, plus a last-minute excuse to withhold medication I'd already paid for. Be careful before signing up for a membership here.THEY ARE NOT YOUR BEST FRIEND.”

“AVOID!!! Very disappointing experience with BFF Wellness Clinic in Temecula. Despite following all aftercare instructions carefully, avoiding workouts, skipping activities, and even missing travel plans, I had ongoing issues with my incision. Instead of properly stitching it in the beginning, the clinic chose to use tape. The site continued to have complications and I had to return three times over three months before it was finally resolved after they ultimately decided to use actual stitches. Rather than taking accountability, I was repeatedly made to feel like the issue was due to my own care, which was insulting and unprofessional. My bloodwork also dropped back close to baseline within two months, and when I raised concerns, I felt dismissed and brushed off rather than treated with proper concern or follow-up. Overall, the lack of accountability, consistency, and professionalism was extremely disappointing. The communication felt defensive and scripted, not patient-focused. I’ve lost confidence in this clinic and would strongly caution others before trusting them with their care. There are several clinics out there that are more professional and better priced.”
