“I won’t go into detail about everything I’ve learned about myself over the past year, but I found safety suffering in silence my entire life. The entire staff and environment is very soft. Kelle was my first stick and I’ll always remember how understanding she was about my situation/conditions. For those of you who have never experimented with drugs like me, this will be a powerful experience and each session is unique in their own way. Once I got a feel for it though, it was the first time in my life where I was able to just let go. I can’t explain to you what it was like to have no control of your thoughts… that little voice in your head is gone… and you’re just able to let go. Kelle has exceptional staff. I am usually greeted by Janet and stuck by Audrey who are both welcoming and professional. Everyone’s needle insertion was painless and they monitor you very closely. To be honest, I bring a sleep mask so I don’t see the door open through my eyelids and noise canceling ear buds so I never know if they enter the room at all. I also recommend taking your shoes off and bring your own fuzzy blanket. After the injection is done they let you relax for an hour to come down from your trip or longer. I have never been rushed to get out and that’s is very much appreciated while you’re in such a state. Because of certain conditions and disorders I plan to continue going to Novel Mind for ketamine treatments. Do not mistake my continuing sessions a sign of it not working… in fact, I can honestly say it saved my life. That along with connecting me to one of her therapists Dr. Jennifer Ross who helped me get to the other side of what I was going through. She was also very professional and down to Earth. I’d recommend this place to any and everybody. I don’t take giving reviews lightly and I couldn’t be more grateful to these people.”
