“Not worth it financially or for the sake of getting better. The front desk is really disorganized and scheduling gets messed up a lot. I brought it up multiple times, but nothing ever seemed to change. I was also surprised to find out that a former front desk employee (who didn’t have prior medical training) is now administering Spravato. That honestly felt concerning to me. It also seemed like the practice focuses heavily on ketamine treatments without much of a long-term care plan for patients.
