The Ketamine Institute of Michigan, along with Dr. Aharonov, Manager Laura, and Nurse Mariam are not only friendly and made me feel welcome, but they passionately care about you're Mental and Physical wellness. Last year (2025) wasnt my best year. It included an auto accident (that required I have a neck fusion) a PTSD episode (at the accident scene), my fathers Death, etc. With the Holidays coming up I was mentally 'in a bad place'. I had used ketamine in the past and liked the results. I (and my wife) felt it was time to get another infusion but my regular provider could not get me in until after the 1st of year. I contacted The Ketamine Institute of Michigan and within minutes Laura contacted me and got me in for a consultation (Dr. Aharonov Rocks!) and a much appreciated infusion the following day! What a wonderful experience with wonderful staff! You have a new customer for life!! 6 Stars if I could!!”

“Had went here over a year ago was told over the phone that “we are on their time they are not on our time” as clients doing this therapy. I felt that was one of the most unprofessional things any medical worker has ever said to me in my life let alone actually trusting them to do the ketamine treatment, in which this case they failed to do properly and when we tried to figure it out that was the excuse we were given. Absolutely unacceptable for a business like this one and I truly hope nobody goes through what I had to endure and pay for.”

I can't speak for the Doctor, but the owner who runs the entire clinic, Laura, could care less about helping people, & is more concerned about her bottom-line by taking advantage of desperate individuals; being vague & unforthcoming about what is needed from the prospective patients. Take this review with a grain of salt if you will, but if you've interacted with this clinic (and Laura in particular), in person, over the phone, and/or have read some the defensive & in-denial responses she has left to reviews (and assuredly will leave for this one) containing legitimate complaints you'll understand what this clinic is all about. The initial appeal of this clinic is it seems to be the most affordable until you realize your health isn't the priority here.”
