“I had a great experience with Dr. Vilensky initially. However, I am very disappointed in the follow-up care I received here. One office staff in particular was very rude. I was discharged from the program with no explanation. When I did call to request information every time I tried to speak the staff said "I'm not listening" repeatedly and would not allow me to speak. I know that this is a difficult medical field but I think that physicians should be open to hearing feedback from patients.”
