How likely are you to recommend Ketamine Infusion Treatment Center?
“I have regularly worked with Dr. Garvin for the past 10 years and would highly recommend him for both adults and children. He and his staff have always been professional, on time for scheduled appointments, and responsive in the event of after-hour emergencies. His training and background allow his practice to provide multiple treatment options and by staying current with new alternatives, he is also able to help those for whom traditional methods have failed.”
“Ketamine Infusion Center of Houston and Dr. Garvin and his staff have been so hopeful. I started seeing Dr. Garvin when he was in his residency and continue to 15 years later. Dr. Garvin is so kind and really cares about his patients.”
“Dr Garvin literally saved my life. I don’t know what I would do without him and the ketamine treatments. I’ve been working with him for over two years now, and I am a completely different person. Have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the staff, Dr. Garvin, and the office.”
“Did not even get a chance to meet with this doctor because he did not show up to the appointment. Was a recommendation from another doctor, so we went against our better judgement based on the low rated reviews we read, in order to give him a chance. When he did not show, even after we called after waiting more than 30 minutes past the appointment time, he called us 40 minutes after the appointment time to tell us we were wrong, and that our appointment was 30 minutes after the scheduled time, despite having two witnesses who had heard the original call confirm otherwise. Despite also being late for the time he thought was the actual appointment time, he suggested that he would never schedule anyone for 9am, despite that being when his office opens, because he had somewhere else to be at that time. He came across as soft spoken and uninterested on the initial call, but I had never anticipated the disrespect and condescending I received on the follow up. Heed the reviews you read about him not showing up, because they're not wrong, and he will not take ownership, which is unfortunate for someone who is supposed to be a doctor for those struggling with mental illness because this feels like a total mind game.”
