“My experience with Keta Medical has been so eye opening I didn't think it was going to work but honestly I know my depression has changed. I handle things so much better. I handle obstacles better. I'm not worrying as much.my anxiety has lessened. The staff is great my girl Lex at 86th street takes great care of me and I feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend trying it. I know its not for everyone and the experience is nothing like I thought. But give it a try and see if it helps. It may be the answer you've been look in for! They have yummy treats, drinks and the music choices during the experince helps . They offer eye masks and blankets because sometimes you get cold. The office is easy to get to. They even offer Keta therapy which helps even with me having a regular therapist. I thought at first I was going to see things like from the Beatles yellow submarine cartoon....see some dragons and stuff but its nothing like that. Its colors and scences that constantly change. I felt ipen and free and connected to the world. I take three doses and when it hits I just ride the waves. I believe each person has a differnt experience but mine changes along with similar scenes especially with differnt music. Next time im going to try music with postive affirmations to see how that goes. You should mix it up to see what happens and how it feels. Im more focused and when i practice my buddhist meditation I can concentrate longer and clearer. This experience is changing my life for the better. Its better than any other medication I've ever taken. After I finished my first induction they gave me a gift bag that was really nice. Please I highly recommend trying this!”
