“Ketamine therapy with Dr. Sirak and the team has changed my life. I’ve struggled with undiagnosed depression and anxiety for most of my life. I had done talk therapy but never tried antidepressants or saw a psychiatrist, and was pretty functional but never happy and would periodically fall into bouts of deep depression that made it tough for me to maintain friendships, etc. My problematic thought patterns started to change after my first session. You have plenty of time to recover at your own pace before leaving the clinic, which I often used for some quick journaling so I wouldn’t forget key insights. My whole outlook on life has changed. I feel a level of self acceptance I’ve never felt before, my relationships are better than ever, and I finally feel confident about the future.
