What patients say on Google

“I started my ketamine treatment at Iconic Infusions but ultimately chose to leave and continue my treatment elsewhere because I was disappointed with the level of preparation, continuity, and patient support I experienced. Before beginning treatment, I received very little preparation about what the ketamine experience might actually feel like. When I reached out because I was uncomfortable with how I felt during treatment, I was looking for reassurance, guidance, or simply some acknowledgment that what I was experiencing could be unsettling. I did not feel that I received that support. There was also very little continuity of care. The staff seemed to be different almost every time I came in. Ketamine can be an incredibly vulnerable experience, and having familiar people who know you and your previous responses to treatment can make an enormous difference. Instead, each visit often felt like starting over with someone new. I also frequently felt rushed after my treatments. Once an infusion was finished, I felt there was an emphasis on getting me out the door rather than giving me adequate time to recover, collect myself, and feel comfortable leaving. Eventually, I transferred my care to Derive Health in Southern Pines, and the difference in my experience was dramatic. I received the preparation, reassurance, support, and overall sense of being cared for that I had been missing. Experiencing ketamine treatment in a different environment also helped me realize that my discomfort with Iconic wasn’t simply because ketamine therapy was unfamiliar to me. I want to be clear that I am not criticizing ketamine therapy itself. I ultimately experienced meaningful benefits from treatment. My criticism is specifically about my experience receiving that treatment at Iconic Infusions. Ketamine therapy is not simply about administering medication and monitoring vital signs. A patient may be entering an unfamiliar and psychologically vulnerable state. Preparation matters. Continuity matters. Reassurance matters. And how a patient is cared for while coming out of that experience matters. I wish I had understood how different the patient experience could be before I began treatment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Iconic Infusions for ketamine therapy.”

“Headline: Amazing service and instant hydration! I happened to be in the neighborhood and stopped by Iconic Infusions on a whim. Even without an appointment, they were incredibly accommodating and took me right in. I tried the "Quench" IV for rehydration and felt a noticeable difference. What really stands out about Dr. Edward’s office is the atmosphere—every single staff member I encountered was amazing, kind, and genuinely helpful. If you’re in Fayetteville and looking for professional, welcoming care, I highly recommend them!”

“What a wonderful experience we had from the time we entered the door until the time we left. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and explained the entire process to us. No guess work! My son was being treated for an ankle injury and he had the most pleasant experience. We will return for additional treatment. Highly recommend!”
