Heading Health, Ketamine and TMS

“If you are a veteran and suffer from PTS or Major Depressive Disorder, the Spravato treatment, for me, was a total game-changer! I have done treatments at the Trophy Club clinic and more recently have done them at the Dallas South Clinic (in the shadow of Big Baylor) which is closer for me, and I truly look forward to the treatments and the staff are awesome (they are awesome at both the locations I've been to). Molly and June have both gone above and beyond to ensure I've been scheduled for treatments working within my challenging schedule, and have also arranged for an Uber/Lyft to pick me up AND take me home. It's comforting to know they are part of the Heading Health team and I've appreciated all my interactions with them. The treatments helped me get off of multiple pain medications as well as a dual purpose pain and depression. I have a new lease on life and I owe it to the Spravato treatments. Very thankful”

“The treatment itself is great. If you suffer from depression, anxiety, and/or PTSD I recommend looking into ketamine. Just go somewhere else. There is an extreme lack of professionalism here. I've had to correct them on the dosage I was supposed to get. I've been forgotten about during treatment. I've been asked to lie to my insurance company. I expect and demand better when it comes to my healthcare.”

“I reached out to find a new place for medication management and treatments. First no one could tell me if they could do medication management or not and I would need to do an initial video consultation with a NP to determine if they could and if it was a good fit. I stressed that having one place to do both was important to me. They pushed the consult and said it would be no charge. The woman I got was not friendly, said no they couldnt do medication management and asked who told me that. I told her after about 10 minutes of pressured questions I did not think it was a good fit. I was told multiple times this was just a no charge consultation to see if it was a good fit. Then they sent me a 400 dollar bill. I tried to call and no one answered. Then it says to leave a voicemail but just shuts off so you cant. This place is some kind of scam.”

“When I was attending my heading health appointments, the people were very understanding of my financial situation and we’re allowing me to listen to my own hypnosis while going under this was the beginning of the adventure I’ve been on for the past year which has allowed me to completely change my life. The calmness that you’re able to get while being under the influence is truly amazing this past year has been extremely difficult so having the clarity that this is given me has truly changed my life. I think when I went in, I didn’t have a sense of direction in my life, which was very unique for me because I’ve always had a dream of one thing or another but at that point I just didn’t know what I wanted.
