“Heading Health, Parmer location offer Spravato treatments for depression. The clinical staff is very kind and supportive and you get your own room with a real door and cushy recliner to rest in during your session. They provide fan, nausea medication if needed, tissue, Blue-tooth speaker and mood light to keep you comfortable. Also a call button so you can alert if you need any help. You can often pick between brighter rooms with windows and blinds if you want or rooms that can become almost pitch dark if you prefer with no windows. I have felt very supported through my treatments and do think they offer a solid service where you feel safe in their care. One of the best things - as you can’t drive on treatment days - they do offer uber to and from the appointment. It has really made all the difference in the world to be able to afford treatments and logistics within the family. Owner seem like a great guy that step in when needed.”

“Similarly to another person they tried to get me to lie during the intake to qualify for insurance, though I refused to. Luckily insurance passed but I was prescribed a new med just in case, so I wanted to cancel my appointments to give it a fair shot. The receptionist tried to convince me against it, pushing the spravato, but relented after a bit. She said that my appointments were canceled. Then a few days later I get a text about an upcoming appointment?? I called back and no, they didn’t cancel it. I had already canceled the spravato prescription from the pharmacy. I asked for them to cancel it. No sooner than ten minutes later I got an automated call to confirm my appointment. Checked the patient portal and they only canceled this week, not all of them like I asked. I hate the flippant disregard and how pushy they are. They are pretending to be nice while trying to trick you. This just makes me more reluctant to consider this line of treatment, or at least want to deal with a different location”
