The introductory zoom meetings allowed me to ask pertinent questions about the ketamine experience, but also an opportunity to meet my fellow participants which for me has been a huge part of the healing process. On the day that the medicine is offered, we again have the opportunity to ask questions and get to know fellow participants in person. Ted and Amy have helped to build a group cohesiveness and a true sense of trust, especially for those new to the ketamine process. As for the setting of the process, it is very comfortable as well as comforting. The terra cotta walls, the warm cork floor, the carefully selected music all enhance the experience.
