I recently had a unpleasant experience with another provider, and this office swooped in and saved the day like the "Justice League" that they represent! My experience left me traumatized of needles, and not so trusting of the medical profession. Jaden, with her calming demeanor, soothing voice, and witty personality, distracted me enough so that the nurse could not only obtain my vitals, ask my needed response and answers questions, all while administering the shot I needed. It sounds problematic, but everything ran so smooth, without interruption and, not one person was out of place. This practice continues to show me why all their reviews keep them at a stellar level, and why mine will consistently lead the charge!
