“First two infusions were great but unable to reach anybody at this office for a week. I'm concerned either something is wrong with them inside the building or they've closed for good. I've paid for a total of six infusions and stopped by because I was unable to reach them and there's three different UPS stickers on the door dating back a week ago. Nothing on their voicemail says anything about them being on vacation. I'll update my rating depending on the outcome. Edit... They do leave on vacations so scheduling can be tricky. But you do need to plan ahead. But I will say is I don't trust anybody else with my treatment but this place. They are caring. + Trained in critical care so you're safe with staff that are there when you go through emotional breakthrough.”

“The providers are nice people however they don’t have a calendar providing the times and dates for infusions. We found out 10 minutes before the first appointment that we had been scheduled that morning after waiting days to be placed on their schedule. The upheaval led to a very rocky first visit and our daughters emotional outbursts led to her being canceled permanently. Terrible experience from a very disorganized treatment center. When fighting depression and anxiety you don’t need this type of treatment.”
