“Dr Reinfeld is ok dr he sits in the desk and barely looks at you, he did the myriad gene testing and the company that did the test emailed us telling it was done and got the results and that the dr will call to go over the results but he never did and was told that I needed to make an extra appointment for him to go over the results.he prescribed medicine for my mom and is working but it feels like he’s disconnected from us. The billing department is a mess and they required you to put the credit card number so they can pay any bill less than $250. For all the hassle of dealing with community minds I would probably go somewhere else. If this continues I may eventually have to change dr again.”
