“I told the office on Tuesday that I was changing my appointment to one hour appointment. They wanted to charge me $150 for a late fee. I am not coming back here. They are only about money. Also the PA and doctor do not give a detailed explanation of how the treatment works and whether 1 hour is better than 4 hour. Mr Lairy Bowen at the front was yelling and arguing on the phone at me. I will not be coming back to this facility. The communication is poor at the offices both in Charleston and Columbia. They only care about money and they are poor with communication. They are not knowledgeable on the subject of ketamine and they don’t take insurance and have no patience.”
