“I called for an appointment around a week ago. They told me the earliest appointment date was 2 weeks later. I was okay with it even if I needed help as soon as possible because I have called other clinics and this was the only one that answered my call at the time. Just 1 week later they called me for "screening" and told me they couldn't do "medicine management" at the time and just canceled my appointment. I now have to wait more to get help from another clinic. I wish this was communicated at the time when I got my appointment and my time wouldn't be wasted.”
