“Mental health startup with an overseas phone team that rarely gets what you need. Things you will likely deal with: Missed prescriptions. Any scheduling conflicts will always be your fault so don't expect to be give a shit about here. Techs will be late to start the appointments but again, that's your problem, not theirs. Cancelled appointments without notice. Being gaslit that they are super busy with a fully empty lobby, no phone calls or anything else going on. Spravato is a great medication but this practice is just awful at having a positively consistent experience. If it was McDonald's, it would be acceptable but this is a medical practice allegedly to help people manage mental issues.”
