“I’ve spent progressively more time at this clinic over the last year that I’ve been using their services for improving my mental health. I am amazed by all the new treatments they’ve added, and the comfort of the treatment area and private rooms. I was originally unsure about the changes that were coming with the merge of Pure Balance and Ascend Wellness. But my mind quickly changed after I first experienced getting my own private room for my Spravato treatment; which includes a comfy recliner, blankets, colorful moving lights, and Bluetooth headphones. I have never had a bad treatment experience, but I especially wanna thank Tony for being awesome - ever since he was the only administrator. Aside from the comfort, Spravato treatments have genuinely changed my life. In fact, I’d go as far to say Spravato has saved my life. And without the amazing Kelly McCarty, I wouldn’t have been recommended to try Spravato for my treatment resistant depression. She has been managing my medications since last March, and recently I began to start seeing her for my hormones as well. Which leads me to Gina. I love the fact that they have a nurse on staff at all times who is able to do blood draws whenever, without you having to leave the clinic. And the ladies at the front are always so kind, make me feel like a real friend every time I’m there. I can’t recommend this place enough. I have been having the best year I’ve had in 11 years. Right after having the worst year of my life. Don’t wait till the worst year of your life to get the help that you know you’ve needed for so long. This is not a paid promotion I just think if everyone could change for the better as much as I have, the world would be a much better place 🩵💙”

“I love the people working at this clinic. I had to go get blood work done and I an so scared of needles. I called to ask to talk to person who would be doing my blood draw and I got to speak to Gina. She has such a kind heart she talked to me for at least 10 minutes calming me down and explained exactly step by step what the day of blood draw would be like. I got there for my blood draw and she was talking to me like we were best friends. She kept me calm and I felt so comfortable with her. She let me lay down , put an ice pack on my chest held my hand until I told her I was ready. She told me every step she was doing and I didnt even feel the needle go into my arm. She has the most gentle touch I have ever had doing labs. So empathetic, caring, and made sure I was okay before, during, and after blood was taken. Explained all the test when results should be back. She walked me out to my car made sure I was okay to drive. She gave me an apple juice and crackers she had in her desk. She is a huge asset to this company its hard to find someone with a pure heart who cares about her patients so much. She even called me 2 hours later to make sure I made it home safe. And I didnt bruise this woman is an Amazing perso . If you have a needle phobia this is the lady you want to draw your blood. I am no longer scared to get labs drawn as long as it is Gina doing it! Thank you so much Gina!!!”

“I genuinely wish I could continue recommending this place. For a while—before the psychiatrist I was seeing left—I would rave about this facility and the care I received. Unfortunately, my experience has changed significantly. No matter what I do, who I message, or who I email, I receive little to no response. I emailed on 8/5/26 at 9:05 AM requesting a medication refill, following the exact process I was instructed to use. I was told the expected response time was 72 hours. It is now day 5, and I still have not received a response. I have personally spoken with the manager about the ongoing communication issues, yet the problem continues. I find it especially concerning that a mental health facility can be so difficult to reach. When people are actively seeking mental health care, timely communication should not be something they have to repeatedly chase down. It is incredibly frustrating and unfair to patients who are trying to get the help they need and cannot even get someone to return a phone call, respond to an email, or address a medication refill request. I also feel that the transition from Pure Balance to Ascend was handled poorly from a patient-communication standpoint. It did not appear that enough due diligence was done to ensure patient files were updated with the correct information, that patients knew how to contact the new organization, or that appointments were scheduled appropriately before medications ran out. In my experience, there was little to no communication about these changes. I truly hope the organization addresses these issues because this facility has the potential to provide excellent care. Unfortunately, good mental health care cannot exist without reliable communication and follow-through, and that has been severely lacking in my recent experience.”

“Kindest Doctor I have ever had. She and ALL of Her Staff are very compassionate and Kind. Easiest Doctor I've ever talked to, She listens and gives feedback. She takes time for the Patient and has never made me feel rushed during an appointment. Dr. Froman is down to Earth and Has a Great bedside manner.
