“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Great Addition to My Wellness Journey I am someone who has always been intentional about my mental health and personal growth. Over the years I have tried different approaches including EMDR and ketamine therapy, always looking for what works best for me and helps me show up as my best self. TMS at Anew Therapy has been a really wonderful addition to that journey. What has stood out to me more than anything though is the psychiatrist here. I have seen a lot of providers over the years and I can say with complete sincerity that this is the first time I have ever felt truly cared for in that kind of setting. The empathy and genuine interest in my wellbeing was something I honestly was not used to and it has made such a meaningful difference. It feels like they actually see you as a person and not just a patient, and that changes everything. The facility is modern, calming, and thoughtfully designed which makes coming in for regular TMS treatments something I actually looked forward to. After completing my sessions I feel really great. The Spravato treatments have been incredibly beneficial, more so than I initially thought they could be, but the therapists and office staff are absolutely spectacular people. Everyone there is so kind, friendly, and supportive. They go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable in every sense of the word. They have also been very helpful to make sure everything is affordable, from finding payment programs to enroll in to finding a coupon for antidepressants. The therapists are terrific and so supportive. The Spravato itself has also been a very helpful and beneficial experience. I was a bit skeptical at first but went in with an open mind and it has been amazingly useful in digging into deeply blocked off emotions that I didn’t even realize were blocked.
