“EDIT: These amazing doctors and nurses have accommodated every need I have had since appointment one. They are kind and caring and good people. Nurses are attentive and compassionate, the front desk is doing everything they can to help and the doctor is very considerate and professional. There has been a shift since LifeStance took over but all in all, it is the same great place it's always been. The reason for the medication issue below was that I didn't have a doctor assigned to my chart (their main communication platform) which was easily fixed once brought to their attention. ORIGINAL:There was a time I would've given this place 5 stars and swore they were the best. That was before the following issues. 1: no phone answering and no callback. 2. The general ambiance of this place has shifted 360° it used to feel warm and inviting now it feels like I'm in an urgent care 3. I'm 4 days out of medicine because of no answer or call back. The treatment I've received here has greatly changed my life for the better and the staff at one time were amazing but if I could find a different provider I'd already be done with this place.”

“It was great while this place was mind mood pain. Once lifestance took over they put a dosing cap on ketamine infusions without bothering to tell me and slowly lowered my dose. I had to ask why my dose was lowered since no one bothered to tell me and I found out myself looking at the IV bag. They won't give me the therapeutic dose that I was receiving, 1.5mg/kg. They capped it at 1mg/kg but keep pushing me to use their clinic when that dose isn't what works for me. I was starting to go in once a week for "maintenance" because I didn't know they had been lowering my dose. I thought the treatment stopped working for me, but now I have a different provider that will prescribe the dose I need. Feels like a cash grab now. Not to mention all the billing issues that happened.”
