“My sessions at Marpa Minds are like having a week’s vacation in less than 2 hours. The therapists and staff have been nothing but kind, gentle and highly responsive to my particular mindset when I arrive for a session. If I arrive rushed or flustered after a day at work, they first manage my blood pressure through quiet time, a snack, and just give me a moment to regroup. There is never a sense that I’m being rushed because they truly want you to have the best experience possible no matter how long that might take. I’ve recently availed myself of post-treatment time with a therapist which is a wonderful experience that I’d initially declined. Truly a 5-star experience from an informed patient who’s been to many Sprovato providers. Marpa Minds in White Plains will be my new home for medically assisted therapy for MDD!!!”

“I felt really nervous starting Spravato, as anyone who begins their journey would. From The second I stepped in the lobby I knew I could be at ease. The staff has been so wonderfully supportive, calming and soothing. The space is warm and welcoming with state of the art headphones, tablets and little snacks to ward off the unpleasant taste of the medicine. I’m so grateful to have found this little gem tucked away in a small corner of New York, just a 30 minute drive from the Bronx. It’s a big step to approach a new therapy to combat depression which can be really difficult to treat.
