“I was referred to Dr Farmer after a raving recommendation from my family doctor. Dr Farmer is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. However, from that office I was set up for a procedure at Lewis Gayle. After a reschedule due to confusion between the hospital and Ignite, I was finally seen for my injection. While at the procedure appointment I was still scheduled for the wrong procedure in which I had to advocate was not the correct procedure. Whether this was an error on the hospital or Ignite office, the wrong procedure code was sent from Dr Farmers office at some point. I have now been dealing with the aftermath of this error since the beginning of march. The way this has been handled and pointing blame has completely ruined my trust in their office. I have cancelled further appointments. I highly suggest if you use this office, to double check everything that is done for your own safety physically and financially.”
